IQ THE HANGOVER HELMET
PARTY SMARTER FOR A BETTER TOMORROW
To encourage students to take control and reflect over their alcohol consumption, the Swedish drink aware initiative IQ launched a hangover simulator, together with advice and support of how to drink smarter.
Creative Direction / Art Direction
The simulator was built as a 3D-printed oversized helmed, specked with loads of hangover simulating tech and containers.
HOW DID IT WORK
We were simulating some of the most common hangover symptom’s such as visual disturbance, headache, sweat, fever, balance instability, noise sensitivity, smells, and general sickness, among others.
Cigarette butts, old wine and BOOZE ODOUR
To simulate bad breathe and hangover tastebuds we used a lovely mix of old wine, beer and cigarette butts gathered in a liquid container feeding a tube to the test subject’s nose.
In collaboration with a Swedish influencers we let them try the simulator out in different everyday situations and speak about the effects.
We also let students try it out to highlight the negative impacts when study hangover.
