FARCRY3 INSANITY MIRROR

FarCry3 is a violent video game set on an island on insanity. For the launch, we created the 'Far Cry 3 Insanity Mirror' - an app which reveals your own madness. Just say the prompted sentence aloud and the app records your mouth movements and recuts them to sync your mouth to insane dialogue. Using voice recognition, you can then have a conversation with your crazy alter ego. Or set your avatar loose on Facebook to freak out your friends. We also wrote the campaign line, 'Face your insanity', which is being used across all Far Cry 3 game trailers and marketing.

Art Direction / Creative Direction

To bring your avatar to life, the app contains over 350 responses for it to say. It recognises when you return to it, and when you ignore it. And you can send a message from your avatar to friends, from a selection specifically written for Facebook sharing. Use the insanity level selector to determine how tame or twisted you want your message to be.
